Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Basketball shorts and jerseys must have no signs of wear.

Final sale (not returnable)

• Pre-order items once production has started

• Custom and personalized orders, including custom Baybayin name designs

• Blind bags

• Items marked final sale

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it if the size is in stock. If it isn't, we'll issue a refund instead.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email michaelthomas@ugatclothing.com with your order number and the item you're returning.

2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back. Unless the item is defective or wrong, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
