Terms & Conditions

By using ugatclothing.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. UGAT Clothing is based in San Jose, California.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show colors, sizes, and details accurately, but screens and print colors can vary slightly. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock limits, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, and will refund any payment in full.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made after orders close. The estimated ship date is listed on each product page and may change due to production or shipping delays. We'll email you if your date changes. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund until production starts.

Shipping

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but we'll help you track down a lost package.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Our designs

All designs, artwork, Baybayin lettering, photos, logos, and written content on this site belong to UGAT Clothing or are used with permission. You may share our posts and product links, but you may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs or content without written permission.

Workshops and programs

Workshop and program bookings are subject to the details listed on each booking page, including dates, times, and cancellation terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, UGAT Clothing is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
